We are thrilled to announce our recent acquisition of ITEGRIA, LLC, a leading provider of cloud-based virtual desktop solutions for RIAs. As stated in the official announcement, the addition of ITEGRIA accelerates RIA in a Box’s vision to empower RIAs to efficiently address their compliance, cybersecurity, and operational needs with software.
Headquartered in Illinois, ITEGRIA was formed in 2007 to meet the technology and information security demands of its clients. The company specializes in serving registered investment advisors across the United States. In 2016, ITEGRIA launched a cloud-based infrastructure offering for RIAs to enhance productivity and security. In recent years, both RIA in a Box and ITEGRIA have experienced robust growth. By combining forces, together we will serve approximately 2,200 RIA firms managing over $400 billion in assets under management.
Why did ITEGRIA and RIA in a Box decide to join together?
We are joining forces to deliver an all-encompassing suite of solutions to support the evolving needs of RIAs. The combination will bring together ITEGRIA’s innovative cloud-based virtual desktop technology, known as AdvisorCloud™, with our industry-leading MyRIACompliance® compliance software platform. Together, we will enhance existing solutions for compliance and cybersecurity, and increase operational excellence.
How will clients of ITEGRIA be impacted?
Clients of ITEGRIA will continue to be supported by its existing team and will experience no changes to the current solutions they receive from ITEGRIA. In the future, clients can expect to be introduced to a new suite of combined product offerings including RIA in a Box’s solutions.
How will clients of RIA in a Box be impacted?
RIA in a Box’s clients will continue to be supported by its existing team. In the coming few months, we will be releasing a bundled solution to pair Itegria’s cloud-based technology to existing RIA in a Box clients.
Will the ITEGRIA team be joining RIA in a Box?
Yes, we are thrilled to welcome all ITEGRIA employees as part of the RIA in a Box team, including ITEGRIA co-founders, Richard Mabbun and Julian Makas. ITEGRIA will continue to operate in the locations it does today. We are excited to serve the RIA industry together and collaborate on future innovations to address the evolving challenges our clients face.
