We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our rapidly growing team as a client implementation specialist. While currently working remote as a company, this role is based in our suburban Cleveland office and you will help lead our new client software on-boarding process. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the initial software setup and staff training. The registered investment adviser ("RIA") firms we work with vary in size and complexity, so we are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, an interest in problem-solving, and the organizational skills to manage a number of concurrent new client on-boardings. You must also be comfortable working in a casual, fast-paced office environment.

• Serve as the ambassador for new clients joining our service to ensure a successful on-boarding process to
  the MyRIACompliance software platform
• Engage clients through regular strategic calls to drive platform adoption
• Ensure all clients complete the necessary on-boarding steps in a timely and seamless manner
• Train and educate clients on how to effectively utilize the MyRIACompliance tools
• Lead on-boarding and training for third-party software integrations
• Implement new processes and recommendations to improve the client on-boarding process
• Become a Salesforce expert to help manage and track all new client interactions
