Head of Inside Sales

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Head of Inside Sales will be a member of the sales leadership team. This role will be expected to contribute broadly to the strategic and tactical success of the business and be an internal and external advocate / evangelist for RIA in a Box. The selected leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, culture, and leading from the front for a growing team of 9 account executives. The Head of Inside Sales will be hands-on and provide outstanding sales leadership, coaching and direction to ensure the company achieves financial targets focusing on bringing on new logos. The ability to continuously train, mentor and lead a high-performance inside sales organization is essential.

What you'll do:
  • Align and collaborate with the sales leadership team to further develop and maintain a repeatable, and scalable process to
    enable continued expansion and consistency of performance.
  • Manage the AE team who are key to achieving our revenue goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally as needed with marketing, client service and onboarding/implementation to understand our client to then develop
    well-planned sales strategies with a goal of driving significant long-term growth.
  • Continue to train, coach and mentor to further improve/maintain our high performing sales force
  • Work strategically to determine optimized account coverage models and develop outreach strategies and collateral (campaigns, cadences, etc.) for new prospects.
  • Maintain and continue to improve the measuring of our sales pipeline and metrics including daily/weekly/monthly sales KPI’s.
  • Continue to monitor each sales rep's performance with clearly defined KPI's, objectives, goals, schedules, and success criteria
    all uncovered and discussed during weekly 1:1 sessions.
  • Maintain and improve a successful and positive work environment. Ensure that the sales plan is aligned and supports corporate revenue goal

What we're looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales management/leadership position, ideally working in a SaaS company in FinTech,
    e-commerce or with a technology platform.
  • Experience scaling a team in a hypergrowth setting while driving revenue growth.
  • Target driven with the mentality to always smash targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and manage a complex business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability and inclination to work effectively in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, creative, fast-moving culture. Ability to manage high workload
    on a day to day and week to week basis.
  • Has built or iterated on repeatable process for training new reps and providing them with ongoing support to maximize
    likelihood of success and minimize time to productivity.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Results oriented and driven to succeed with the ability to attract individuals with similar characteristics. Knows how to hire and how
    to identify great sales team members.
  • Highly organized, assertive, and self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize competing initiatives and objectives.
