The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a strategic role within the marketing team and is responsible for analyzing and providing recommendations to enhance various offline and online marketing channels. This role is critical to fully leverage the tools in our marketing technology stack and contribute to lead generation growth. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing operations tools, monitoring and maintaining data quality within our marketing database, and conducting analyses and reporting on marketing performance.

What You'll Do

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on strategic marketing initiatives
  • Become a power user of HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation tools
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices for the marketing team to perform optimally in respective roles
  • Be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
  • Monitor and analyze online and offline marketing efforts to optimize performance based on industry best practices
  • Analyze A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results, celebrate success, and provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
  • Help manage lead data from online and offline sources and is a key player in maintaining data hygiene and integrity.
  • Stay informed on developments in the marketing discipline and within our sphere of influence: new techniques, ideas, channels, strategies, etc., and identifies new and innovative opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience
  • B2B marketing in a SaaS or high-tech organization preferred (financial services compliance marketing industry experience is a plus!)
  • Competent in marketing areas including strategy, tech stacks, account-based marketing, and lead nurturing
  • A demonstrated history of using, maintaining, and analyzing data to measure performance and make recommendations
  • An analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills
