The Platform Sales Executive will focus on helping independent advisors streamline and grow their business. RIA in a Box has a new initiative; building solutions and services that help our clients with their broader technology and operational needs. This individual will have the unique opportunity to be at the ground level in an exciting new venture within an existing high-growth company. This is an execution-focused position with the potential for added responsibility and will require someone to be a driving force behind reaching revenue goals. While we are temporarily working remotely, this role is based in our NYC Headquarters.

What You'll Do

  • Be a primary conversion closer of New MRR for the Operational Platform Group
  • Delivering product demos, providing insightful technical answers, and recommending creative ways to get the most out of operational platform
  • Accurately maintain your pipeline and provide reliable forecasts
  • Self-generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Leverage creative outreach and communication measures to drive new MRR deals month in, month out.
  • Track and forecast all activities via Hubspot and Salesforce CRM
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members on strategies for target clients

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1-3 years proven sales experience, ideally in a financial services, SaaS, or FinTech environment
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships, with proven track record of closing new business over a sustained period and exceeding sales targets
  • High level of organization, self-motivation, and self-reliance
  • Engaging and compelling presentation skills
  • Knowledge of various online software (Hubspot, Salesforce, DocuSign, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and an ability to find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity
  • Prior experience in a client-service, educational, or entrepreneurial role a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
